Stephanie is an AV rated lawyer by Martindale Hubbel, practicing primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate, elder law, business representation, and collections.
Stephanie is the former chair of the South Central Kentucky Estate Planning Council. Further, she is an active member in the Elder Law and Probate and Trust Sections of the Kentucky Bar Association, as well as the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the American Bar Association. Stephanie is a frequent speaker on estate planning topics.
Stephanie is also recognized in the community for her public service work. In 2006, Stephanie was awarded the Gwyneth B. Davis Oustanding Public Service Award; and in 2005, she received the Pro Bono Public Award from the Warren County Lawyers Care Program in recognition of the free legal services she has provided to the region. Locally, Stephanie proudly serves on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of South Central Kentucky.
Ashley grew up in Georgetown, Kentucky and moved to Bowling Green in 2013. Ashley is admitted to practice law in Kentucky State Court, U.S. District Court, Western District of Kentucky Bankruptcy Court, Sixth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. She primarily practices in the areas of probate, estate planning, creditor representation, and business law.
Ashley serves on the board of directors for the Warren County Bowling Green Bar Association. She is also the local representative for the Young Lawyers Division of the Kentucky Bar Association. She is a 2015 graduate of the Leadership Bowling Green program.
A. Franklin Berry, Jr. (Retired)
A. Franklin Berry is a Fellow of both the American College of Trusts and Estate Counsel and the American College of Tax Counsel. Furthermore, Mr. Berry has been named a Kentucky Super Lawyer in Estate Planning every year since the award's inception in 2007. He is licensed to practice law in Kentucky, Florida, Georgia, and the District of Columbia.
Mr. Berry is enjoying his retirement in Portland, Oregon with his family.
